Terms and Conditions
Once goods are ordered online, the buyer is then within a contract of purchase. Buyers are advised to speak to a member of our staff if unsure about purchasing.
Prices shown on the website, are our standard prices. Discount may be given over the phone for bulk purchases. All goods are excluding VAT, but will be added at the standard rate of the United Kingdom
Payments are accepted online and over the phone, or within our showroom. Payments will be processed as Shelving4shops a trading division of Shoptek UK Ltd. All goods must be paid in full before dispatched or collected.
All deliveries will be dispatched within 24 hrs of receiving the order within weekdays, weekend orders will be dispatched with 48 hrs. We intend on you taking receipt of goods within 24-48hrs of dispatch unless unless specified, Christmas delivery periods may take longer due to demand.
Cancellations & Returns
All damaged goods must be reported on receipt, and any damage must be reported to Shelving4Shops (Shoptek UK Ltd) within 24 hours unless over a weekend when 48hrs is accepted.
All new goods returned, must be returned in a non used condition. Within 7 days of notification. And a 25% re stocking charge may be added.
Shortages must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt.
If goods advertised & sold on our website are run out of stock buyers will be notified within 24 hrs of potential purchase, to be advised of stock arrival date.
Goods will remain the property of Shelving4Shops (Shoptek UK Ltd) until full Payment is cleared.
ll information given to us is intended only for the purpose of the contract between the buyer and the seller, and will not be passed on to a third party. Although Shelving4Shops may use e-mail address’s for further promotional purposes within Shelving4Shops. We do not store financial card data.
All graphics and imagery remain the property of Shoptek UK Ltd. Any graphics or Imagery not owned by Shoptek UK Ltd have been granted permission by the owner.
